I am trying to understand this whole thing about guduchi and giloy. Lately, I've been feeling really fatigued and stressed, you know? A family member mentioned that guduchi could help with my immune system and energy levels. But then I started looking it up and saw people talking about giloy too — like, are guduchi and giloy the same? I mean, I always thought they were two different things, but now I'm confused. I have this herbal supplement at home that's labeled as giloy, but it seems like everyone is using both names interchangeably. I found some articles saying that is guduchi and giloy same, but others claim they’re distinct. I also read that both can aid digestion and boost immunity and I've been dealing with occasional digestive issues too. It’s like, I just wanna be sure I’m taking the right stuff and not mixing it up.
