I have dust, perfume and AC allergy. My eyes become itchy and upper nasal tracks become blocked. If it becomes severe than I have migraine. I cannot go out in cold temperature. I want to get consultation. Also guide me whether the medicine would be available in Pakistan or not because it's very difficult to get medicine from India. Hassan Khan, ACMA CGMA

Herbal Remedies: Mixing a paste of sandalwood powder with water and applying it on forehead may reduce migraine symptoms. Tulsi and ginger tea can be helpful for their anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. Try a few drops of warm sesame oil in each nostril in the morning to keep nasal passages clear and to soothe migraines.
