Hello Beena

Your rashes are due to diary intolerance with allergic tendency where heat toxins accumulate in the blood Cetrizine only suppress the reaction temporarily, it does not correct the root cause which is weak digestion and blood impurity

Avoid milk, curd, Paneer, cheese, and weigh for now, start on Haridra khand 1 teaspoon once daily after food with warm water Gandhak rasayana one tablet twice daily after food Mahamanjistadi aristha 4 teaspoon with equal amount of water twice daily after meals Just apply plain coconut oil along with desi Kapur over the rational area

Drink warm water throughout the day Avoid our fermented fried food and do not take diary, even in small amount With regular use for 6 to 8 weeks, the allergic rashes will gradually reduce

1. Tiktaka kashaya 15ml + 45ml lukewarm water twice daily before food. 2. Khadirarishtam 10ml twice daily just after food.

Took these medicines for 2 weeks and after that 3. Vilwadi gulika 1-0-1 after food 4. Manibhadra gudam 1 spoon at night.

Continue this medicine for 1 month. Follow up after that

Take care, Dr. Shaniba

Hello‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Beena, I totally understand how frustrating body rashes and recurrent itching can be, especially when they keep coming back and you have to rely on cetirizine for relief. Don’t be scared - Ayurveda is all about permanent correction from the root cause and not just symptom suppression 😊

YOUR CONCERN

You are having Recurrent rashes all over the body Severe itching Clear trigger: Dairy products Relief only with antihistamine (cetirizine) Duration: More than 6 months

Ayurvedic Understanding

The problem might be Ksudra Kushrha / Urticaria ( Sitapitta-Udarda-Kotha ) caused by: Pitta + Kapha aggravation Ama (toxins) accumulation

Food intolerance (Viruddha Ahara) — dairy being incompatible for your system Pitta rashes are very much likely to come back if ama is not removed.

Unless ama and Pitta are detoxified, rashes tend to recur whenever a trigger is encountered.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT (For permanent relief and allergy correction)

1. INTERNAL MEDICATION

1.Guduchi Ghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Best blood purifier, anti-allergic, immunity regulator

2.Khadirarishta – 15 ml + an equal quantity of water twice daily after meals Classical medicine for chronic skin allergies and rashes

3.Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet once daily after lunch Corrects liver function and removes internal toxins

4.Haridra Khanda – 1 tsp at night with warm water Dealing with food-induced allergies and itching

👉 These medicines help to reduce the use of antihistamines gradually. Duration: At least 4 weeks for long-term correction.

DETOX (VERY IMPORTANT FOR PERMANENT RELIEF)

Mild Home-Based Detox

Triphala Churna – ½ tsp at bedtime with warm water (daily) Warm water sipping throughout the day Do not take a nap during the day

If rashes still recur after 2–3 months, classical Panchakarma (Virechana) under an Ayurvedic doctor should be considered for a root-level cure.

EXTERNAL CARE

Apply Coconut oil + a pinch of camphor on the areas of the body where itching once daily is During flare-ups locally use Shatadhauta Ghrita for soothing Do not use harsh soaps; only use mild herbal cleansers Dietary Guidelines (Most Crucial)

❌ STRICTLY AVOID

Milk, curd, paneer, cheese, butter Bakery items, fermented foods Sour fruits at night Cold foods & cold drinks

✅ INCLUDE

Warm, freshly cooked food Rice, moong dal, lauki, tinda, pumpkin Bitter vegetables (karela, neem leaves in small qty) Turmeric + cumin in cooking Coriander water (boil 1 tsp seeds in water, sip during the day)

Lifestyle Advice Avoid excessively hot showers Wear loose cotton clothes Do not scratch the lesions Try to sleep before 10:30 pm Practice Sheetali and Anulom Vilom Pranayama daily

Investigations (If not done)

CBC Absolute Eosinophil Count Liver function test IgE levels (optional)

What You Can Expect Itching is reduced within 2–3 weeks Frequency of rashes significantly lowers in 6–8 weeks Long-term tolerance gets better with detox Cetirizine can be completely stopped gradually

With the right Ayurvedic correction, this situation can be solved

Warm regards, Dr Snehal ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌Vidhate

Your symptoms suggest an allergy or intolerance to dairy that manifests as skin rashes. From an Ayurvedic perspective, dairy can aggrevate certain doshas, primarily Kapha and Pitta, imbalancing your system. The key is to re-balance these doshas while strengthening your digestive fire (Agni).

First of all, try eliminating dairy products gradualy from your diet as they appear to be the primary trigger. Experiment with plant-based alternatives like almond or coconut milk — these are cooling and do not aggravate Pitta or Kapha doshas.

Further, help your body eliminate accumulated toxins (ama) by performing a mild detox. Incorporating triphala in your night routine can aid digestion and act as a gentle detoxifier. Consume 1 tsp of triphala churna with warm water before bed, it can help improve your digestion and clear your system.

Emphasize on Pitta-pacifying foods, which include sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes. Opt for leafy greens, bitter gourd, and whole grains like barley and oats. Avoid excessively spicy, salty, and sour foods which can worsen Pitta imbalances and thereby, your skin condition.

Hydration is key — ensure abundant water intake, at least 2-3 liters daily. Infusing your water with fennel or mint can add a cooling element, balancing Pitta.

Herbal remedies wait a try too. Manjistha, known for skin health, can be beneficial. Take 1/4 tsp of Manjistha powder in warm water or consume as herbal tea once or twice daily.

Lastly, consider incorporating yoga and pranayama practics like Sheetali breathing to calm Pitta. Ensure regular exercise, but avoid exertion during hot hours of day. Maintaining calming habits like meditation can aid stress-related skin issues, balancing all doshas.

If the issue persists or worsen, seek further Ayurvedic consultation. This approach should align with incorporating conscious dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and maintaining overall doshic balance.
