My baby completed 6 month....Can give boiled apple and raw puttu baale banana to my baby....as it cause caugh and cold in winter season. Please suggest me

At 6 months you can give boiled apple, also banana stew is better than uncooked. Initially. To prevent developing cold & cough in winter you can sauted or semi cooked add a 1/2 pinch of ginger powder., and 1/4tsp. Cow’s ghee.and mix.
