Too much mobile use at ages 10 & 12 can slow physical, mental, sensory, and emotional development. Reduce screen time gradually to 1–1.5 hrs/day. Add daily outdoor play, creative activities (drawing, puzzles), and family interaction. Ensure 9–10 hours sleep and a fixed routine. Give daily attention (talk, listen, play). If delays are strong or long-standing, see a pediatrician/child psychologist.
