28 din ka baby raat me bar-bar doodh maangta hai → ye normal hai
Iska matlab doodh kam hai, zaroori nahi
Raat ka rona aksar comfort, gas, ya growth phase ki wajah se hota hai
Kya karein:
Demand pe doodh pilayein
Har feed ke baad proper burp
Gas ke liye halka massage / cycle movement
Maa pani zyada piyen, stress kam rakhein
⚠️ Doctor ko dikhayein agar: baby kam susu kare, weak lage, ya doodh bilkul na piye.

Your milk is enough.
A 28-day-old baby asking for milk many times at night is normal.
What to do
For the mother
Eat warm, simple food
Avoid very spicy, fried, and cold foods
Take warm milk with a little fennel (saunf)
Stay relaxed and drink enough water
For the baby
Burp the baby after every feed
Before sleep, give a gentle tummy massage
(coconut oil or a little ghee)
