–Chyawanprash is generally safe to take even with your cholesterol and blood pressure medicines. Start with a small amount, like half a teaspoon daily, and see how you tolerate it. It may help overall wellness, but it won’t treat your severe nerve and muscle pain.

Hello Thank you for your question I can understand it is difficult to deal with nerves and muscles pain in your body but dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 IS IT SAFE FOR YOU TO TAKE CHYAWANPRASH? Yes in most of cases it can be safely taken at your age -it is recommended for elderly individuals to improve strength, immunity and also nourishes tissue However since you are already taking blood oressure and cholesterol medications A few precautions are necessary -Take only a small quantity (1/2 tsp) - Prefer taking it in morning -Avoid taking large quantity because chyawanprash contains natural sugar and ghee If you have diabetes go for sugar free version WHEN TAKEN IN RIGHT QUANTITY -it improves overall vitality -Supporting immunity -Nourishes muscles and nerves - reduces fatigue and weakness AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT INTERNAL MEDICATION 1.Yogaraj guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food 2.Shallaki MR 1 tablet twice daily after food EXTERNAL THERAPY - Daily gently massage with warm mahanarayana taila Followed by warm water bath This pacifies aggravated vata and reduces pain gradually DIET PLAN ✅INCLUDE = light bht nourishing foods like mung dal soup, vegetables soup Have a moderate use ig ghee for joint lubrication ❌Avoid = Excess dry food Cold foods Excess fasting or irregular meals Gentle daily movement like slow walking and mild stretching is beneficial Chyawanprash can be good supportive but for severe nerve and muscle pain a vata balancing treatment plan will provide better relief Wishing you a good health 😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Yes. It is okay to take chyavana prasa as a form of rasayana. Regularly taking it will improve body’s metabolism and immunity.ots better to take chyavana prasa in the morning on empty stomach atleast 20-15gm at a time and only take breakfast once you start feeling hungry. Chyavana prasa doesn’t normally cause any gastric discomfort but if you generally have low appetite it’s important to take 3 gm ashtachoorna with every meal. (If you have b.p take it with the chyavana prasa itself in the morning one time only). As for your body ache symptoms you can also incorporate ksheerabala 101A nasya 4 drops each in each nostril in mornings and evenings. Applying ksheerabala taila all over body and doing mild whole body massage will be beneficial to you. Since you are already 70 keep monitoring your blood sugar and lipid profile vit D and calcium atleast every 3 months. Your symptoms can be caused due to these parameters also. If you are diabetic don’t take conventional chyavanaprasas available in market. There are diabetic friendly brands available
