Is my waking time too late for my health? - #51762

I am almost 60 years old. I have a vata constitution and am burn out. I naturally wake up at around 7.30 am to 8.00 am. Is this too late as I do have burn out and don't always sleep well. I am asleep by 10.30 to 11.00 pm

Waking around 7:30–8:00 am is not too late, especially if you have a Vata constitution and are experiencing burnout. Your body may need a little extra rest to recover. Going to sleep around 10:30–11:00 pm and getting about 8–9 hours of sleep is generally healthy, so it’s fine to follow the wake time that feels natural for you right now.

At this age usually sleep time decreases but u say as vata constitution and burn out 8-9 hous sleep is good for you And going for a walk at 7:30 is not bad … A good sleep boosts up stamina and keep mind and body fresh …
