हाँ, बिल्कुल recovery possible है। आपकी उम्र अभी सिर्फ 25 साल है। शरीर में recovery और stamina वापस बनाने की capacity अभी भी बहुत strong होती है। 10 साल की गलत habits, smoking, stress, overthinking, depression और लंबे समय तक बीमारी की वजह से body weak लग सकती है, लेकिन body “खत्म” नहीं हुई है। Human body में healing power बहुत ज्यादा होती है — especially जब mind और lifestyle बदलना शुरू हो जाए। और सबसे बड़ी बात — आप एक football player रहे हो, इसका मतलब आपके body और muscles में पहले से athletic memory है। सही routine और discipline से stamina, strength और confidence वापस आ सकता है। सबसे पहले आपको मन से यह तय करना होगा कि अब recovery ही आपका main goal है। तभी शरीर medicines, exercise और diet का सही response देगा। ??? अनुलोम-विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम रोज सुबह करें। इससे nervous system calm होगा, anxiety और overthinking कम होगी। ? Smoking और masturbation addiction को धीरे-धीरे control करना शुरू करें। खुद को guilt में मत डालिए, लेकिन discipline ज़रूरी है। ? चाय, coffee, energy drinks और cold drinks कम करें या बंद करें। ? Screen time कम करें। रात में अंधेरे में मोबाइल बिल्कुल ना देखें और सोने से 1 घंटा पहले स्क्रीन बंद कर दें। ? Negative, sexual या depressing content से दूरी रखें। Positive, spiritual और motivational चीजें सुनें। ?? रोज रात को सोने से पहले एक गिलास गुनगुना दूध लें ताकि body recovery और sleep बेहतर हो सके। ?? दोनों time खाने के बाद 100 कदम चलना जरूरी है। ?? बाहर का junk food, packed food और processed food बंद करें। केवल घर का बना खाना खाएं। ?? नारियल पानी, नींबू पानी, fresh fruit juice जैसे natural drinks लें। Diet और Recovery High protein diet लें दाल, पनीर, अंडे, sprouts, chicken/fish (अगर लेते हों), दूध, nuts आदि लें ताकि muscles recover हों। Antioxidant foods फल, हरी सब्जियां, चुकंदर, अनार, केला और dry fruits शरीर की कमजोरी कम करने में मदद करेंगे। Hydration दिनभर पर्याप्त पानी पिएं। Dehydration से fatigue और weakness बढ़ती है। Exercise और Stamina Building शुरुआत में body को ज़्यादा push मत करें। पहले सिर्फ walking, stretching और light jogging करें। धीरे-धीरे football drills और running शुरू करें। आपका stamina वापस आ सकता है, लेकिन patience रखना होगा। रोज 30–45 मिनट physical activity ज़रूरी है। Strength training Pushups, squats, core exercises और bodyweight workouts शुरू करें। इससे testosterone, confidence और stamina improve होते हैं। Mental Recovery Depression और overthinking body को बहुत weak कर देते हैं। इसलिए meditation, prayer, breathing exercises और positive routine बहुत जरूरी है। रोज 7–8 घंटे की sleep लें। Recovery का सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा sleep होती है। खुद को hopeless मत समझिए। 25 की age में body फिर से strong बन सकती है। बहुत लोग severe addiction और weakness से बाहर आकर athletes बने हैं। Yoga मूलबंध, सेतु बंधासन, वीरभद्रासन, गोमुखासन, हलासन और सूर्य नमस्कार धीरे-धीरे शुरू करें। याद रखें Recovery एक process है, 1–2 महीने में miracle नहीं होगा। लेकिन अगर आप 6–12 महीने discipline में रहे, तो body, stamina, confidence और football performance में बहुत फर्क आ सकता है। आपका शरीर दुश्मन नहीं है, उसे सिर्फ सही rest, nutrition, exercise और positive mindset चाहिए। Important lifestyle साथ में जरूरी है अगर lifestyle वही रहा तो medicines का benefit limited रहेगा: Smoking बंद करना सबसे जरूरी step है 11 बजे से पहले सोना रोज sweating वाला exercise Protein-rich diet Football practice धीरे-धीरे restart करना Porn/continuous sexual stimulation से दूरी Morning sunlight और pranayama एक practical recovery plan पहले 45 दिन: Sleep improve करें Smoking reduce/quit करें Digestion ठीक करें Walking + breathing + light exercise फिर अगले 3–6 महीने: Strength training Running drills Football stamina rebuild 25 की उम्र में body recovery की possibility बहुत अच्छी होती है। Medication: Cap.
