Dear vaidyas my age is 38..and previously before 5to 10 years im look good but recently who watched me saying hey tum aise kaise ho gaye .and im looking too old hair lossed in some portion weight reduced some skin became dull .looks like im not 38 looks like 58..but at same age groups of mine are looks normal but my case is very fast aging .my agni and motion all are modarate.2 times hunger morning and evening motion clear .vata pitta dominence.weihgt 57.height 5.8.some craking sound in joint when i get up and sit down .sleep modarate some time mind thinking while sleeping .i think is vata is doing major role in my aging process no gastric and acidity..what should i do please suggest me which suite my budget i m doing delivery jobs .jai dhanvantri

Don’t use now ashwagandha and for watery stool you can use kutajghan vati 1-0-1 after food with normal water
