Yes himalaya Triphala is absolutely safe after 6 months of delivery . Since baby is 3 years ,and must be also home cooked soft diet. So there should not be any problem. Can take at night after dinner with warm water.

—Himalaya Triphala tablets are generally safe to take during breastfeeding, especially since your baby is 3 years old. Start with a low dose and monitor the baby for loose stools or stomach upset. If any symptoms appear, stop the tablets and consult .

Hello Yes it is safe to take himalayan triphala tablet for a breastfeeding mother like you As triphala contains only herbal medicine like haritaki, amlaki and bibhitaki it is safe for you But also look if your child gets any loose motion or abdominal discomfort MY OPINION As your child is 3 years you can actually start weaning slowly As prolonged breastfeeding can cause -Your child may not like
-It can also risk the formation of dental caries in your child -It can also lead to nutritional deficiency in you if you are not taking healthy and balanced food I know it is difficult for you But you can try it slowly Do not stop suddenly Gradually reduce over 2-3 months First stop day time feeding or reduce day time feeding Gradually continue only night time feeding Slowly reduce night time feeding also Wishing you a good health 😊 If you need any help i am here to help you Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Yes you can take in small dose but carefully monitor your child closely for lose stool Aur considered a safer alternative like increasing fibre hydration or using malder herb like shatavri aur psyllium husk

Triphala churna is safe and start with 1 tsp at bed tirm. About your 3 year old child strictly STOP breest feeding immediately as it will affect his growth as well as your overall health. Due to breast feeding he will avoid food that is required for his development.

- Triphala is generally considered safe in small amounts for adults, but during breastfeeding, anything you take can pass into breast milk and affect your baby. - Triphala has mild laxative and detoxifying properties. In infants, this could potentially cause loose stools, colic, or digestive upset. - There is no strong clinical evidence confirming Triphala’s safety for breastfeeding mothers and infants. ✅ Safer Alternatives— If your goal is gentle detox or digestion support while breastfeeding: - Warm water with soaked raisins in the morning (natural mild laxative). - Ajwain water (carom seed water) for digestion. - High-fiber diet: fruits (papaya, pear, apple), vegetables, whole grains. - Ghee with warm milk at night for smooth bowel movements.

Hello, Yes, Triphala is generally considered mild and safe in small doses , even while breastfeeding a 3 year old child. At this age, breastfeeding is mostly supplementary so the risk to the child is very low Ayurvedic view -Triphala supports digestion, gentle detox, and bowel regulation -It is not known to significantly affect breast milk quality -take low dose 1 tab at night after meals initially Precautions -Avoid high doses or strong laxatives effect, as it may cause loose stools in you -If your child develops loose stools or stomach discomfort, stop and observe -Prefer taking it after dinner or before bed Occasional or low dose Himalaya triphala tablets are usually safe while breastfeeding a 3 year old but start with a small dose and observe for symptoms Thank you

Triphala is generally considered safe in small doses during breastfeeding. Very small amounts may pass into breast milk, but it rarely causes issues in toddlers. Possible mild effect: softer stools in the baby (laxative property). Recommended dose: 1 tablet once daily after dinner with warm water (do not exceed this). Start with this low dose for 7–10 days and observe your baby for any change in stool pattern or fussiness. ✓Better & safer suggestion: If your main issue is digestion or constipation, consider these gentler options first: Warm fennel + cumin water (saunf + jeera tea) – 1–2 cups daily (very safe). 1 tsp Triphala powder mixed in warm water at night (instead of tablets) – easier to control dose.
