I have combination skin , little darkness around my lips area and slight dark circles. Suggest me something that can make my face crystal clear glowing bright even face and darkcirclesfade away. Apart from my skin concern ,I have myopia -3.75 want to reduce my number .

Eye Care Routine - Trataka practice: Candle gazing for 2–3 min daily. - Palming: Rub palms, cover eyes for relaxation. - Netra wash: Use Triphala decoction (cooled, filtered) for eye wash. - Limit screen strain: Follow 20-20-20 rule (every 20 min, look 20 feet away for 20 sec).

Include fresh green vegetables in your diet semi cooked or sauted. Include seasonal fruits and seasonal vegetables in your diet. Drink adequate amount of water during the day Apply Sun screen SPF 50+ during the day. Avoid direct Sun rays exposure use hat or use umbrella when going out during the day. For eyes Use triphala powder using 1tsp Boil in a glass of water, morning strain and use to splash your eyes. Do palming, Tratak, gazing, exercises, eyes rotation exercises.

thank you for contacting ask Ayurveda you are having skin pigmentation and dark circles. this are common problems , so don`t worry about this may i know your age height and weight your profession you need to eat specific diet which will give nourishment to your skin for this you have to avoid spicy , cold , deep fried foods avoid excessive sun exposure drink plenty of water , butter milk , fruit juices to give proper hydration to skin eat high protein diet ( eggs , paneer , milk products ) panchakarma will be beneficial for your body and skin it helps in rejuvenation regarding myopia -it will be better to consult a ophthalmologist but in ayurveda - netratarpan with triphala powder will be helpful. please go through my medication
