Hello, I would like to ask for advice on Ayurvedic tonics or tablets that can help improve my skin health. I am looking for something that can give my skin a natural glow and help even out my skin tone from within, as I prefer not to apply many external products. When the water cools slightly, add honey and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.•How this formula works • Amla purifies the blood, reducing bile • Madhu Mang purifies the micro-channels. Mix all ingredients with water. 2. Bring to a boil over low heat. 3. When 1 glass remains, strain. 4. When it cools slightly, add a teaspoon of pure honey. Consumption: Never add honey to hot decoction in the morning on an empty stomach or at night before bed.
