Tanxmic se facial hair growth badhna common side effect nahi hai. Agar hair growth severe badh rahi hai to ye hormonal imbalance/PCOS ka sign ho sakta hai. Ayurveda ke hisab se ye Pitta-Rakta dushti aur Artav-vaha srotas imbalance se related ho sakta hai. —Medicine apne aap long term continue na karein - sbse phle hormonal/thyroid checkup karwa लें. Dawa band karne ke baad agar medicine-related hoga to dheere-dheere kam ho sakta hai, par evaluation zaroori hai.
