The symptoms you describe our associated with hormonal imbalance and disruption of kapha and vata which affect the reproductive channel 1) Sukumaram Kwath-15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food 2) Khadirarishtham- 20 ml with equal water twice daily after food 3) Kanchanara Guggulu- 2 Tablets twice daily after food 4) Nalpamaradi Keram- Apply on chin area leave for 30 minutes before washing Wake up early and sleep by 10:00 p.m. engage 30 minute moderate exercise daily practice Pranaya for 10 minutes daily include Karela Methi and leafy green vegetable in your diet use turmeric Ginger cinnamon black pepper in your cooking Avoid thick curd and heavy cream specially at night limit refind sugar maida and fermented products
