તમારા લક્ષણો મુજબ શુષ્કતા (dryness) + પોષણની કમી + વાત દોષ વધારો દેખાય છે. ફક્ત ક્રીમથી નહીં, અંદરથી પણ પોષણ આપવું જરૂરી છે. ઘરગથ્થુ સલાહ: ચહેરા પર રાત્રે થોડું ઘી અથવા બદામ તેલથી હળવી મસાજ કરો. ખૂબ ગરમ પાણીથી ચહેરો ધોવાનું ટાળો. કુમકુમાદિ તેલ – રાત્રે ચહેરા પર પાતળું લગાવો ચ્યવનપ્રાશ – 1 ચમચી સવારે અશ્વગંધા ચૂર્ણ – 1 ચમચી ગરમ દૂધ સાથે રાત્રે જો ચહેરા પર સોજો સતત રહેતો હોય તો થાયરોઇડ અથવા અન્ય કારણોની તપાસ પણ કરાવવી યોગ્ય રહેશે.
