Since your skin is combination and you occasionally experience breakouts, the approach is to gently cleanse, nourish, and calm the skin while improving internal balance. Start with Triphala Churna ½–1 tsp with warm water at bedtime to support natural detox and bowel regularity. Take Chyawanprash 1 tsp in the morning to nourish the skin and boost immunity. Aloe vera juice 20–30 ml in the morning supports hydration and soothing of the skin. For topical care, apply sandalwood paste or a mixture of turmeric and rose water on affected areas once daily to calm inflammation and enhance glow. Maintain a daily routine with adequate sleep, light exercise, and stress management through meditation or deep breathing. Drink warm water throughout the day and avoid excessive oily or fried foods. Gentle massage of the face with sesame or coconut oil once or twice a week improves circulation and radiance. With consistent practice, skin tone evens out, breakouts reduce, and natural glow improves over 3–4 weeks.
