Include ghee in meals, and give easily digestible foods like moong dal, rice, khichdi, and fruits. Maintain a regular routine for sleep and meals. Encourage speaking through interaction, storytelling, and play rather than pressure. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing (child-safe approach): Brahmi Ghrita – ¼ teaspoon once daily with warm milk (morning) Balamritam – 5 ml once daily (for immunity and nourishment) External support: Gentle head massage with Bala Taila or Dhanwantharam Taila 3–4 times a week These are traditionally used to support brain development, improve immunity, and overall growth in children when used gently and consistently. Speech improvement takes time, so along with this, consider a speech therapy evaluation for better guidance. With consistent care, gradual improvement can be seen over a few months.
