I have migraine headache for last 2 years earlier its not frequent but now every 3 days in a week for last 1 month. At 10 to 11 am and sometimes in evening, I don't want to use painkillers. How can I cure it naturally?

Avoid nasya during colds and fevers. • Turmeric and ginger decoction • Those with gastric ulcers, High acidity should use in small quantities. • Rose water compress • Generally safe for everyone, but avoid applying if there is an eye infection. Bhringraj oil massage is safe for everyone. Triphala + warm water Not safe for everyone with diarrhea, but • Use in small quantities in the very weak or elderly. • Nutmeg paste Sensitive skin should check for allergies. 1,983Ingredients: 1 pinch Suhaga (Tankan Bhasma) 1 pinch Haldi (pure turmeric containing curcumin) Iron or clay pan ●Pathyashadangam Kwath-15 -20ml with 60ml warm water drink 2 times a day empty stomach ●Heat the pan lightly. Place borax and turmeric on it. ● As soon as light smoke comes out, remove the pan from the fire. Now bring the smoke close to your nose and inhale it slowly. (Note: The smoke should not be too strong.)

Your pattern shows pitta + vata imbalance, along with digestion disturbance and poor sleep, which is why migraine frequency has increased recently. Timing (10–11 am, evening) also suggests pitta aggravation. First correct routine and triggers. Do not skip meals. Eat on time. Keep meals simple and not very spicy. Avoid direct sun exposure, especially late morning. Sleep is very important. Go to bed before 10:30 pm. Avoid screen use at night. Start mild daily exercise like walking. For immediate relief during headache: Apply a paste of sandalwood on forehead or use a few drops of cow ghee in nostrils (2 drops each side) once daily in morning. Now medicines: Pathyadi kadha 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after food Godanti bhasma 125 mg twice daily with honey Brahmi vati 1 tablet twice daily after food If acidity is present: Avipattikar churna 3 grams at night Diet: Avoid tea/coffee excess, spicy, fried, fermented food. Take cooling foods like coconut water, ghee, rice, moong dal. This approach reduces frequency gradually over few weeks. If headaches suddenly worsen, change pattern, or vision symptoms increase, evaluation is needed. With consistent routine and treatment, migraine frequency can be significantly reduced.
