Hello Vinita, Aapke lakshan Vata aur Pitta dosha ke asantulan ke karan ho sakte hain, jo Urticaria (chhinkhi), kamar dard aur cervical pain mein yogdan karte hain. Urticaria ke liye Khadirarishta aur Arogyavardhini Vati ka sevan din mein do baar karein, jo khoon ko shuddh karke rog ko kam karte hain. Gandhak Rasayana bhi lene se skin ke swasthya mein sudhar hota hai.

Kamar aur cervical pain ke liye Mahayograj Guggulu aur Trayodashang Guggulu upyogi ho sakte hain, jo haddi aur maanspeshiyon ko majbooti dete hain. Hamesha apne ahar mein halka, poshak aur garm bhojan shamil karein aur thanda aur virudh aahar (jaise doodh aur namkeen saath) se bachen.

Namaste. Aapko jo urticaria (hives) aur back pain ke symptoms mehsoos ho rahe hain, unka aapas mein sambandh ho sakta hai, kyunki stress aur discomfort ke wajah se skin conditions aur musculoskeletal pain dono hi badh sakte hain. Urticaria aksar pitta dosha ke imbalance se hoti hai, jo ki aapke sharir mein sujan aur irritation ka karan ban sakta hai.

Is samasya se nipatne ke liye, pehle apne diet par dhyaan dena zaroori hai. Aapko garam, spicy, aur fried foods se bachna chahiye, kyunki yeh aapke symptoms ko badha sakte hain. Iske alawa, Neem aur Turmeric jaise anti-inflammatory herbs ko apne aahar mein shamil karna behtar rahega, jo skin health ko sudharne aur itching ko kam karne mein madad karte hain. Neem ka paani peene ya Neem oil se massage karne se bhi fayda ho sakta hai.

Aapko daily routine mein yoga aur stretching exercises shamil karne chahiye, jo back pain aur cervical pain ko kam karne mein madadgar hote hain. Bhujangasana aur Marjaryasana jaise asanas aapki spine ko majboot banane aur flexibility badhane mein sahayak rahenge.

Agar aapko cetirizine jaisi antihistamines lene ki zarurat padti hai, to yeh temporary relief ke liye thik hai, lekin inka lambe samay tak istemal nahi karna chahiye. Isliye, kisi Ayurvedic practitioner se sampark karke personalized treatment plan lena behtar hoga, jisse aapko sustainable relief mile aur aapki overall health improve ho. Stress management techniques, jaise meditation aur deep breathing exercises, bhi aapko rahat dene mein madad kar sakti hain. Aapke symptoms ka samadhan dhiraj aur samarpan ke saath milega, isliye apne aap ko samay dijiye.

Arre, it seems like you’re dealing with quite a mix there - urticaria, back pain, cervical issues, and fatigue. Let’s talk about urticaria first. It’s often linked to imbalances in the body’s dosha, especially Pitta. Pitta can flare up and cause inflamation of the skin, resulting in hives. Now relying on Cetrizine every few days… well, that’s more of a temporary fix.

For something more sustainable, consider making some dietary and lifestyle tweaks. Focus on cooling and calming Pitta. Include foods like coconut, cucumber, and aloe vera gel in your diet, which can have a soothing effect. Avoid hot, spicy, and overly sour foods since they can aggravate Pitta more. Try to drink plenty of water, actually herbal teas like chamomile or peppermint could be quite calming. Applying coconut oil mixed with a little camphor to the affected areas might also bring some releif.

For the back and cervical pain, it’s worth considering Vata imbalance here. Gentle yoga stretches targeted at the back and neck can be helpful. Avoid high-impact exercises for now, as they might worsen the symptoms. Warm sesame oil, when applied and gently massaged into the neck and back areas, can provide relief because it’s warming and Vata pacifying.

Fatigue might be a result of compromised ‘agni’ or digestive fire. Eating freshly prepared, warm and easy-to-digest foods can stoke your digestive fire. Cooked vegetables, light soups or moong dal khichadi are ideal here. Stick to regular meal times to help rebuild your digestive strength.

As fatigue gets better, so might your resilience to pain and inflammation. Keep an eye on how your body responds to these changes and adjust as needed. And always, if the pain becomes too much to handle or the symptoms intensify, consult with a healthcare professional for a thorough examination. Balancing the doshas is a process, but it’s doable with consistent efforts. Take care!
