I ve been struggling with warts it's not in ack but brownish colour spreading on the face. I need a solution to this.

Yeah, warts can be pretty tough to deal with, especially when they’re spreading on the face. Usually, warts are caused by a virus, so it can be a bit tricky because the immune system plays a big role here. From an Ayurvedic perspective, warts are linked to imbalances, likely involving Kapha and maybe Vata doshas too. This can lead to stagnation and poor tissue health.

First off, you gotta keep the skin clean. Use gentle cleansers. Maybe consider a neem-based cleanser, because neem is great for its antiviral and antibacterial properties. Twice a day should be enough.

Topically, applying a paste of turmeric and sandalwood could help. Mix them with a bit of milk or rose water to make a paste. The turmeric is a natural antiseptic and, kind of antiviral, and sandalwood is cooling and soothing for the skin. Apply this paste to the warts and let it sit for about 20 minutes before rinsing off. Do this maybe once a day.

Diet plays a huge role too. Try to avoid foods that are oily, deep-fried, or heavy. They tend to aggravate Kapha. Instead, load up on fresh fruits, vegetables, and drink warm water throughout the day. This supports your digestive fire, or ‘agni’, keeping it strong to help your body fight off the imbalances.

An increase in fresh, green, leafy veggies can be beneficial. They help with detoxification. You might also consider having a bit of Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) daily, which can help boost immunity naturally.

Seeing a qualified practitioner could give you a more pointed direction based on your unique prakriti. If the warts are rapidly multiplying or causing discomfort, it’s really worth getting them checked by a dermatologist just to rule out any other conditions. It’s best to not take skin changes lightly.
