Kanwal, your symptoms—a persistent history of white vaginal discharge since childhood, severe musculoskeletal pain (including pinching, sharp pains in the back, spine, and shoulders), along with sagging skin—suggest a long-standing imbalance in your body’s internal systems. In Ayurveda, such a pattern is often viewed as a combined disturbance of Kapha (which can lead to abnormal secretions like white discharge) and an aggravated Vata dosha (responsible for sharp, shooting pain and muscular instability). Over time, these imbalances can weaken the Dhatus (body tissues), resulting in saggy skin and chronic pain.

Because you’ve experienced adverse reactions to oral herbal medicines (such as severe acne and oral blisters), it indicates that your digestive fire (Agni) may be compromised or that you have specific sensitivities

A comprehensive evaluation of your Prakriti (constitution), Agni, and Dosha status is crucial. This helps identify which doshas are most imbalanced—likely a combination of aggravated Kapha (leading to discharge) and Vata (causing sharp musculoskeletal pain). Emphasize warm, freshly cooked, easily digestible foods with gentle spices (ginger, cumin, turmeric) that help kindle Agni and reduce Ama. Avoid cold, heavy, or processed foods that might further aggravate Kapha. Maintain a regular daily routine with proper sleep and moderate, gentle exercise (like yoga) Would you like more details on treatment let me know

Hi Kanwal, Thank you for sharing the details of your symptoms. It seems you’re dealing with a complex set of issues, so to better understand your situation, I’d like to ask a few more questions:

1. White Discharge: Have you noticed any changes in the consistency, color, or odor of the discharge? Do you experience any discomfort, itching, or irritation in the vaginal area along with the discharge? 2. Muscular Pain: Is the pain constant, or does it vary throughout the day? Does it worsen with certain activities, movements, or times of day? 3. Digestive Issues: Since you mentioned difficulty digesting herbal medicines, do you experience bloating, gas, or discomfort after meals? Do you have a history of digestive issues such as IBS or food intolerances? 4. Skin and Blisters: Could you share more about the blisters and acne you experience when taking certain herbal remedies? Are they linked to specific herbs, or does this happen with any herbal medicine?

White discharge, especially persisting from childhood, can be a tricky one, and I get why you’re frustrated. You’re dealing with more than just the discharge, though – the muscular pain, skin and all the rest, it paints a picture that might be pointing to a Vata imbalance. But hey, let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Ayurveda isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s about the whole you.

That discharge – in Ayurveda, it’s called ‘Shweta Pradar’, kinda a result of Kapha and maybe Pitta imbalance here too. Often linked with Agni (digestive fire) issues, low-nutrient absorption could be part of why your body’s shouting with pain. I can’t magically fix this over text, but I can pitch an idea or two.

Diet is king: Consider light, easy-to-digest foods like khichadi (simple rice-lentil dish), spiced with a pinch of cumin and turmeric. They’re gentle on Agni. Warm water sip through the day, keep things flowing and calm that Vata. Avoid too much raw salad or cold stuff, they may mess with digestion more.

Massage anyone? Sesame oil massage (with a lil’ turmeric if your skin can handle) can help your aching muscles. Try light strokes in the morning before a warm shower.

For the face and skin, do be gentle. You might try a face pack with chickpea flour and rosewater. It’s simple, calming. But leave out if any irritation gives you a headache, ok?

I get the herbal meds make your skin go cray. We don’t want that. Maybe start with Triphala. Gentle dose, once a day before bed – it’s a mild cleanse, hopefully not triggering acne. Gently, right?

I wish we had more time to decode the lot, bottom line – see someone who gets the full scope in person if possible. You’ve deserves relief, don’t lose hope despite the curveballs. You’re not alone with this, hang in there!
