Mind not working - #21143

Since last 7 months my mind becomes blank. Its so confusing to do any work. All time fear. Sleepless night. Less consented. body is drying up from the inside. Water doesn't quench thirst. For this I don't go outside. Muscle strain.

Feeling as though your mind is blank and coupled with fear, insomnia, and a sense that water doesn’t quench your thirst indicates a potential imbalance in the Vata dosha. Vata governs movement, and when it’s out of balance, it can lead to restlessness, anxiety, dryness, and disturbed sleep. Your symptoms suggest that you may need grounding and nourishment.

Firstly, let’s address your diet. Consume warm, moist, and oily foods. Stews, soups with root vegetables like sweet potatoes or carrots, and grains like rice and oatmeal can help ground Vata. Use spices like ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom in cooking to ignite your agni. Avoid raw and cold foods as they can increase Vata. Drink a warm herbal tea made with fennel and tulsi. This can gently soothe your nerves and aid digestion.
