I am dealing with some uncomfortable issues lately, and I heard about ayurveda breast massage from a friend who swears by it. So I thought I’d reach out here.. sometimes my breast area hurts, like a weird ache, mostly before my periods, really annoying! My friend said that ayurveda breast massage might help, but I’m kinda skeptical? Like, what exactly is this massage supposed to do? Is it for just pain relief or does it have other benefits too? I mean, she mentioned something about balancing hormones or some sort of energy flow, which sounds intriguing but also confusing! I’ve tried other remedies with no success, but maybe this could be different? Like how often do you need to do the ayurveda breast massage to see results? Any specific oils or techniques you recommend? Oh, and do you think it’s okay to mix it with other treatments? I'm a bit freaked out as I just want to feel normal again. For a more calming effect, you could also consider using sesame or almond oil, enriched with herbs like Ashoka or Lodhra, known for their hormone-balancing abilities. Warm the oil slightly before applying for better absorption. Perform the massage with gentle circular movements, starting from the center and moving outwards. Be sure to cover the entire breast area, applying light pressure to not cause more discomfort.

As for frequency, it would be wise to start with 3 times a week to see how your body responds and then adjust accordingly. You may find integrating this massage within your daily routine offers more consistent relief and wellbeing.
