I am pretty confused about my health options and was hoping someone could help. A few months ago, I started experiencing really bad migraines, and my doctor suggested allopathy. I gave it a shot but the meds gave me terrible side effects, like stomach issues and nausea! Then, I heard about homeopathy and thought maybe it would be gentler, you know? I tried that too, but honestly, it didn't seem to work for me. Recently, a friend mentioned Ayurveda, and I’ve been looking into it, but it’s hard to figure out which is best allopathy or homeopathy or ayurveda for someone like me. Like, I still have those migraines and also a bit of anxiety from dealing with all this! The Ayurvedic approach sounds nice with the whole "natural remedies" vibe and all, yet I’m scared of trying something else that won’t help. How do I really know which is best allopathy or homeopathy or ayurveda? Anyone had success with one over the others?

It’s best to consult with a certified Ayurvedic practitioner who can assess your prakriti (constitution) and current symptoms, and give you personalized advice. Each path requires patience and commitment and assurance that your choice aims for both relief and long-term health.
