Hello Shriya, how much is your endometrial thickness in USG scan? How much is the Hb? Avoid spicy, salty, heat producing foods. Have pomegranate juice, cow (homemade) butter, banana flowers sabji, raw banana sabji, rice soup, for next couple of days. Avoid exertion of any kind. For medication I need the above details.

You’re experiencing irregular menstrual cycles with prolonged bleeding and bulky ovaries, which may indicate a hormonal imbalance, possibly linked to conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). In Ayurveda, this is often associated with imbalances in vata and pitta doshas. To help regulate your cycle and manage the bleeding, formulations such as Rajapravartini Vati and Ashokarishta are beneficial. Rajapravartini Vati helps in promoting regular menstruation, while Ashokarishta is known for regulating the cycle and reducing excessive bleeding. Additionally, Lodhrasava and Kumaryasava can support ovarian health and balance hormones. Following a vata-pacifying diet, including warm, cooked foods and avoiding cold or spicy items, can help. Incorporating gentle yoga and pranayama exercises may further reduce stress, which can impact hormonal balance. Maintaining a healthy weight through regular exercise is also key for menstrual health. If the irregularities persist, further medical evaluation may be needed.

Irregular menstrual cycles can be frustrating, and I totally get that you’re feeling kind of worried right now. Continuous bleeding interspersed with no period for some days—it sounds like your body is screaming for attention, huh? The ultrasound showing bulky ovaries might suggest something like PCOS, a pesky culprit that’s all too common. So, let’s dive into some Ayurvedic insights and see what we can do here.

First thing, ayurveda sees menstrual health as a balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas—with a strong focus on Vata, that magical energy behind movement and flow. When Vata is out of whack, it can cause irregularities in your cycle. You might wanna first target calming it down, since it’s usually key.

For practical actions, let’s try some lifestyle tweaks. Warm oil massages with sesame oil can soothe Vata—it’s a game changer if you ask me. Gently massage your abdomen and feet before showering. Also, sticking to a routine with consistent meal and sleep times can really help. Avoiding raw and cold foods might seem tricky but trust me, it can make a massive difference. Oh, and warm, cooked meals will embrace your agni, the digestive fire.

Herbs? We got options. Ashwagandha or Shatavari? Both are fab for balancing hormones. Take around 1/2 teaspoon with warm milk or water every day—morning and evening can do wonders, too. Follow this for a good month, and notice changes.

Though here’s a thing, bleeding this long is no joke, so it’s essential you see a healthcare professional soon if you haven’t already. Ayurvedic tweaks are great, but sometimes you need immediate medical intervention. And also, don’t stress… easier said than done, but stress flares up Vata like anything.

So try integrating these, see if your body cheers up and syncs back. But safety first, please ensure to consult a gynecologist for immediate matters—especially with that continuous bleed.
