I am really struggling with my periods lately, and it’s stressing me out! I used to have a pretty regular cycle, but now they’re all over the place – sometimes I get them twice a month and then not at all for 2 or 3 months. Super frustrating, right?! I’ve read a bit about ayurveda and that there are natural ways to regulate this, but I'm not sure how to overcome irregular periods naturally. Like, I’ve tried some herbal teas that friends suggested, but nothing seems to help much. I feel like I’m in this cycle of just guessing and hoping something works. I’ve even done some lifestyle changes like exercise more and eating healthier, but still no luck! Should I be looking at my diet more? Or maybe there are specific herbs I should try? I really want to know how to overcome irregular periods naturally, and it feels like a bit of a maze. Any tips or personal experiences would help! Thanks in advance!
