I am kinda worried. For the last 3 months, I’ve been having missed periods, and I don't really know why. I mean, my stress levels have been kinda high at work, but I didn’t think it would affect my cycle this much. I did a quick test, and it was negative, so that’s reassuring but also a bit confusing. I feel bloated, my mood's all over the place, and my cravings are crazy!! 😩 I’ve read about how to get missed periods naturally with home remedies, but honestly, I’m not sure where to start. I was thinking about maybe mixing up some ginger tea or trying some fennel seeds since I’ve heard they can help with regulation. But what else, like do you think cinnamon might work? I really want to avoid any meds if I can, and my mom was always talking about how she dealt with her missed periods naturally. I just want to get back to normal, you know?
