I had pain in my left testicle and left bottom abdomen and lower stomach - #25519

And i faced the pain increase when i do masturbation and i didn't confess this with doctor at the earlier but I'm facing lot of health issues because of it Im looking forward for suggestion or treatments for the issue im facing Current health issues i am having Low energy, fatigue, tiredness, constipation, digestive issues, not interested in things, anxiety, overthinking, depression etc...
