I am really concerned about my diet right now, especially since I just found out I’m pregnant! A friend mentioned that is amla good during pregnancy, but I just don’t know. I mean, I love the taste of amla, but I’ve also read conflicting things online. I’ve been experiencing some nausea and fatigue, and I want to do everything right for the baby, ya know? Last week, I attempted to make some amla juice thinking the vitamin C would help me feel better, but I don’t think my stomach liked it much. I was tossing and turning all night after. Just wondering, are there any benefits of amla that might help someone like me who’s feeling a bit off? Also, is amla good during pregnancy if I have food sensitivities?
