I am kinda confused about my supplement routine. Recently, I started taking ashwagandha for stress and stuff, and I heard that triphala is great for digestion, which I’ve been struggling with lately. My sister said she takes both and feels awesome, but I’m not sure if that’s safe for me. Can I take triphala and ashwagandha together? Like, I really wanna have a good balance, but I’m also worried about interactions. I read a few things online but they are kinda confusing and conflicting. I mean, sometimes I feel like my digestion's fine, but then it’s like a rollercoaster! And the stress? Ugh, feels never ending. Also, I've heard there are soooo many benefits to both but, how do I know I’m doing it right? I don’t wanna mess things up by mixing the two. Has anyone here had success taking triphala and ashwagandha together or anything?? Would love to hear your thoughts, my head´s spinning!
