बार-बार पेशाब आना, यूटीआई और पीसीओएस के साथ - #26073

Situn

Your condition is a classical case of Apana Vata and Kapha imbalance manifesting as:

PCOS (Pushpaghni Jatharini) – due to Kapha accumulation and blocked Vata in the reproductive channels Yoni Kandu (vaginal itching) and Shveta Pradara (white discharge) – caused by excess Kapha + Pitta dushti in Yoni vaha srotas Mutrakrichra (UTI symptoms) – reflects Pitta + Vata aggravation in the urinary tract Due to this chronic imbalance, your reproductive and urinary systems are both under stress. Even though you don’t have thyroid or diabetes, the Ama (toxic buildup) in your pelvic region continues to irritate the tissues, causing frequent discharge, burning, itching, and poor ovulation.

If untreated, this pattern can lead to chronic infertility, repeated infections, and deeper hormonal problems.

2. Ayurvedic Prescription (6–8 weeks) Internal Medicines:

Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food Ashokarishta – 20 ml + 20 ml water after lunch and dinner Triphala Guggulu – 2 tablets at bedtime with warm water Sootashekhara Rasa – 1 tablet twice daily before food (for vaginal itching + gut cleansing) Punarnavadi Kashayam – 15 ml + 45 ml warm water twice daily before food Vaginal Wash (External Use):

Triphala decoction douche (Boil 1 tsp Triphala churna in 500 ml water, reduce to 300 ml, cool and wash vaginal area once a day) Neem leaves decoction (twice a week for anti-fungal and anti-itch effect) 3. Pathya (What to Follow) Drink warm water infused with fennel + coriander seeds daily Eat light, well-cooked meals – rice, moong dal, lauki, turmeric, and cumin-rich food Start morning with 1 tsp cow ghee in warm water Take soaked raisins and figs on empty stomach (helps clean Apana Vata) Avoid cold food, sugar, curd, bakery, fried items Do Nadi Shodhana or Bhramari Pranayama – 15 minutes daily 4. Optional Investigations: Vaginal swab culture (if itching is severe or recurring) Repeat Pelvic USG to check ovary condition and uterine lining Vitamin D3, B12, Ferritin 5. If symptoms persist after medicines: Visit a local Ayurvedic center and request a Yoni Prakshalana (medicated vaginal wash), followed by Matra Basti (oil enema therapy) to balance Apana Vata.

You are still young and your system is very much capable of recovering with the right Ayurvedic regimen. Follow this plan consistently and your PCOS, UTI symptoms, and discharge will gradually resolve.

If you have any doubts, you can contact me. Take care, Regards, Dr. Karthika

Frequent urination with a UTI, coupled with PCOS, is indeed a complex scenario that needs careful attention. In Ayurveda, frequent urination might indicate an imbalance in the Apana Vata, which is responsible for the downward movement and elimination processes. PCOS is understood as a Kapha imbalance often aggravated by lifestyle and diet. While dealing with these, addressing symptoms like itching and discharge suggests a possible increase in Pitta and moisture retaining qualities of Kapha in the reproductive area.

Firstly, drink plenty of warm water throughout the day to help flush toxins and support healthy urinary function. Adding a pinch of turmeric and a teaspoon of coriander seeds, warmed to your water, could be helpful in reducing inflammation and cleansing the urinary tract.

For addressing the itching and discharge, you could boil water with neem leaves, and use it as a wash once it’s cooled. Neem is renowned for its antimicrobial properties. However, if the itching persists or worsens, consulting with a healthcare provider is crucial.

In terms of diet, favor warm, light, and non-greasy foods cooked with spices like cumin, coriander, and fennel to enhance digestion and balance doshas, especially Kapha and Pitta. Limit intake of sugary treats, excess dairy, and heavy, oily foods which aggravate PCOS symptoms.

Implementing a regular exercise routine also helps balance hormonal levels and supports metabolism correcting the imbalance to some extent. Yoga poses focusing on pelvic health such as Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Butterfly Pose may be supportive, but only practice under guidance if unfamiliar.

Monitoring your symptoms closely and staying consistent with these practices is important, but if symptoms intensify or do not improve, it is important to seek further medical evaluation. As always, any new treatments or interventions should be discussed with your medical advisor before initiation.

PCOS, vaginal itching, and white discharge alongside a UTI suggest a vitiation of the reproductive system, often influenced by an imbalance in the Kapha and Vata doshas. Addressing these imbalances, alongside promoting Agni balance is crucial for your conditions. For frequent urination and UTI, start incorporating warm, light foods into your diet, and avoid cold, heavy, oily substances that aggravate Kapha. Cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds make soothing teas that aid urinary tract cleansing and balance excess Vata.

Here’s how you make a simple herbal tea: Boil a teaspoon each of cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds in four cups of water. Reduce it to about half, strain, and have this warm tea twice daily. For PCOS and the itching, focus on balanced meals that avoid processed sugars and refined flours, as these increase Kapha. Use ghee moderately to kindle Agni without worsening Kapha.

Ashoka, a traditional herb, can support reproductive system health. Consider Ashoka powder, 1 teaspoon in warm water, taken morning and night. Yet, these suggestions alone may not suffice, especially since discomfort like yours suggests you need more specific intervention.

You’re encouraged to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for a tailored treatment plan and Panchakarma procedures. Panchakarma, like Virechana (therapeutic purgation), might help eliminate aggravated doshas, improving digestive and reproductive health. Given that UTI could escalate, immediate tests and consultations with a conventional health care provider are also vital to ensure there’re no complications. Your safety is paramount, so balance natural treatments with modern care.
