A22 year old Patient have Grade 2 trabeculation of bladder with exaggerated curvature at bulbomemba junction and a history of Posterior urethral Valve surgery at a age of his 1 month... His creatine level was gradually increasing for last the 10 year and before 1 year it was 1.9 and last year the patient had a septic shock with bilateral plyonepritis ..Form that his creatine is 4 ..Can we bring down the creatine level of the person from 4 ...
