I am feeling really confused lately about my memory and focus. For the past few months, I've noticed I struggle to concentrate at work, and even simple tasks feel overwhelming sometimes. My friends and family are starting to notice, and that kind of worries me. I read somewhere that mindfulness and natural supplements might help, and I came across this thing called Himalaya Mentat Syrup.
