I am trying to figure out how to use amla powder but not really sure where to start or like the best ways to incorporate it into my routine. Lately, I've been feeling super sluggish, and I read that amla is great for boosting energy and improving overall health. Last month, I started feeling these weird fatigue spells and some digestive issues — bloating mostly, even after small meals. I thought maybe it’s just stress from work or something, but a friend mentioned amla powder might help.
