I am trying to figure out this hair situation I'm dealing with. For the past couple of months, I’ve noticed why my hair falling too much. Like, it’s getting really concerning. One day I was just brushing my hair and, OMG, I had so much in my hands it was like I'd just shed a small animal! 😱 I’m not usually one to freak out over stuff, but this is different. I honestly can’t remember ever losing this much hair before. I thought maybe it was just stress? You know, life stuff like work and family stuff and all that jazz. But then I'm like, is it the weather? Just last week I tried a new shampoo, and now I’m doubting if that’s why my hair falling too much all of a sudden... ugh! 😩 I read a little about hair oils and natural remedies – like maybe I should be using something like a herbal mix? I also had some blood tests done recently for other stuff, and everything came back fine, which just adds to my confusion. Anyone else dealt with a similar situation?
