I am really confused about something that’s been on my mind lately, and I urgently need some advice. Over the past few months, I noticed that I’ve been turning to masturbation more often, usually when I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed. At first, it felt kind of relieving, but then I started feeling kinda guilty about it. I’m wondering, what are disadvantages of masturbation? Like, is it actually harmful in any way? Sometimes after I do it, I feel a bit more tired and not as motivated to do things, like go to the gym or hang out with friends.
