For constant mucus in the throat, targeting Kapha imbalance could be key. Since you’ve already tried Dashamoola and Nasya without success, let’s consider some adjustments. Triphala churna might be beneficial; take half a teaspoon with warm water before bed. It may help improve digestion, reducing mucus formation. Also, drinking warm ginger tea throughout the day can assist in breaking down excess Kapha responsible for mucus production.

Addressing pimples could be related to both dietary causes and Pitta imbalance. Avoid spicy, fried, or excessively oily foods as they can aggravate Pitta and lead to skin issues. Try applying a paste of Turmeric and sandalwood powder once daily, leaving it for 15 minutes before rinsing, which may help soothe and clear skin.

Your missing periods coupled with pimples suggest there could be an imbalance in hormones, often seen with Vata or Kapha disturbances. Ashoka Arishta could be helpful, taken two tablespoons with equal water twice daily after meals. It’s a classical preparation known to regularize menstrual cycles.

For lifestyle, consider incorporating regular yoga and pranayama. Bhastrika and Anulom Vilom pranayama might promote improved circulation and hormonal balance. Making sure to follow dinacharya (daily routine) and ritucharya (seasonal routine) can stabilize doshas, which assists in resolving systemic imbalances.

Importantly, maintain a balanced diet with whole foods, plenty of vegetables, and fruits like pomegranate, which are less likely to disturb your doshas. Stay well-hydrated but avoid cold beverages.

Given that you’re seeing a medical practitioner, it is always prudent to continue consultations with your doctor for monitoring, especially regarding missed periods and the potential hormonal link. Safe, effective, but slow progress should surface with balanced efforts.

Addressing constant mucus in the throat, skin breakouts, and irregular menstruation requires looking into potential imbalances in the doshas as per Siddha-Ayurvedic principles. Based on the symptoms, you might be experiencing Kapha-Vata imbalance. Persistent mucus suggests excess Kapha, while skin issues and missed periods can be linked to Vata disturbances.

For managing mucus, consider the timing and quality of your meals. Opt for lighter, warm foods like soups made from vegetables, seasoned with ginger or black pepper to help reduce Kapha. Avoid cold, heavy, and fried foods that might worsen mucus.

For pimples, try applying turmeric paste: mix turmeric with a little water to form a paste, and apply it to affected areas. This can help due to turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties. Internally, drink hot water mixed with a pinch of turmeric daily to support detoxification.

To regularize your menstrual cycle, focus on enhancing the flow of Apana Vayu (downwards moving energy). Practice Basti (herbal enema), one of the Panchakarma treatments, under a qualified practitioner’s supervision, if possible. Incorporating warm herbal teas prepared with cinnamon or fennel can also be beneficial. Regular yoga or meditation can help balance Vata and ensure a more regular cycle.

Since you’ve found Dashamoola and nasya not helpful, you might consider consulting someone trained to check if another preparation, like Trikatu or even herbs like Shatavari, would be more suitable for your specific dosha imbalance. It’s advisable to seek guidance from an Ayurvedic practitioner who can tailor these approaches to your needs. If symptoms persist, partner with your healthcare provider to explore other conditions or treatments beyond Ayurvedic approaches.
