I am really curious about something that's been on my mind lately. Recently, I came across this flour called rajgira atta, and I have to admit, I'm a bit confused! I tried using it in my cooking after reading that it was really nutritious. But honestly, I’m not sure what is rajgira atta exactly, and I've been wondering if it really lives up to all the claims I've seen online. A few weeks ago, my stomach was feeling kind of weird after eating gluten, and that’s when I thought about switching things up.
