A regular daily routine is significant: try to go to bed and wake up at the same times every day. Rest is important for balancing Vata. Incorporating gentle exercise like yoga, particularly poses that open up the pelvic region such as Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) or Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Pose) could further aid in regulating menstruation.

Herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari may support hormonal balance and improve menstrual regularity. Ashwagandha can be taken as a powder, stirred into warm milk with a dash of honey at bedtime. Shatavari is often available in tablet or powder form—consuming it with warm water or milk can be beneficial.

Stress management is essential since mental stress is often linked to menstrual irregularities. Practicing Pranayama like Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) daily can help maintain peaceful mind and stabilize hormones.

Monitor your condition and consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatment. It might also be necessary to evaluate lifestyle factors including stress levels and physical activity, as these can significantly influence menstrual health. If the cycles do not regulate, it may be prudent to seek advice from a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying issues.
