मैं परिमेनोपॉज से जूझ रही हूँ। मैंने पतंजलि नारिकांति, अश्वगंधा, मेधावटी, सर्वस्त्रिष्ठ दवा और परवल मोतिबिष्ठ, रजतभस्म, गिलोयमिक्स पाउडर सभी दवाएं दिन में दो बार लीं और साथ ही मैंने नुहेंज और सुपरकैल भी लिया। क्या यह ठीक है?
