Be sure to eat freshly cooked meals and avoid processed foods. Listen to body’s reaction and gradually introduce foods, observing any adverse effects.

For polyps, focus on regular detoxification through panchakarma under expert guidance. Kapha balancing diet can be beneficial, reducing dairy and refined sugar intake. Trikatu powder, which contains black pepper, long pepper, and ginger, can aid in reducing mucous build-up and congestion.

Cancer prevention and support require a holistic approach. Emphasize on antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables like berries and spinach. Turmeric, known for its curcumin content, has been shown to possess anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Practice regular stress-reducing activities like yoga and meditation. However, when cancer is diagnosed, always follow the oncologist’s recommendations first.

For Parkinsonian-type symptoms, such as tremors, Ayurveda may incorporate nervine tonics like Ashwagandha and Brahmi but should only be considered as complementary. Each case needs individual evaluation by a specialized physician and integrative intervention.

Ultimately, some conditions such as cancer and Parkinson’s should be primarily addressed through conventional medicine. Always consult with knowledgeable healthcare professionals for appropriate treatments.
