Mujhko white discharge excessive amount mei hota hai and itching bhi hoty hai. Sath hi body mei weakness bhi rahti hai. Lower abdomen mei bharipaan lgta hai. Periods bhi kam hote hai.

Don’t use soap or vaginal washes as they change the natural pH of vagina leading to bacterial growth. .Apply Himalaya V gel after cleaning hands and vaginal area. .Wash the vaginal area with Panchvalkal kwath twice a week.

Aapke symptoms ke hisab se, ye vataj aur kaphaj imbalance ka indication ho sakta hai. Excessive white discharge, yaani leucorrhea, aur itching dono hi kaphaj prakriti ke sangrah hai. Weakness aur lower abdomen ka bharipan bhi kapha ka vikruti darsata hai. Periods kam hone ka sambandh vata dosha se ho sakta hai.

Prarambh mein, apni diet mein kuch changes laana faydemand hoga. Garam, taja aur halka bhojan lein, jo ki aapko easily digest kar sake. Anna mein jeera, haldi aur adrak jese spices ka istemal karein; ye aapke digestive system ko sudharne mei madadgar honge. Dahi, paneer, aur maida se bani cheezein avoid karein kyunki ye kapha ko badhafate hain.

Din mein kam se kam 2-3 liter pani piyen aur coconut water samay samay par lena bhi shresth rahega. Aap triphala churan ek chamach, raat ko ek katori gungune pani ke sath le sakti hain - isse apki agni synchroch ho sakti hai.

Rahit ki lifestyle ke liye, har din ek jog ya brisk walk zaroor karein. Yoga asan, jaise bhujangasana aur kapalbhati pranayama, bhi beneficial rahenge. Regular exercise se stress level kam ho sakta hai aur hormones ka balance ban sakta hai, jo ki periods ko regulate karne mei madad karega.

Itching ke liye neem powder ke lepan kar sakti hain. Neem ke antiseptic aur anti-inflammatory properties kaphaj vikar ko kam kar dena mein madadgar hain. Agar discomfort adhik hai, tab aapke liye abhyangam se snan lena accha hoga, jo ki sesame oil (till tail) se ho sakta hai.

Agar ye symptoms continue hain, toh doctor se mashwara lena uchit hoga, kyunki kabhi kabhi underlying infections ya other medical conditions bhi ho sakti hain, jo immediate treatments ki avashyakta rakhti hain.
