रात में पेशाब का प्रवाह कमजोर होता है। दिन में प्रवाह इतना बुरा नहीं है। टॉयलेट जाने की जरूरत लगभग 3 से 4 बार होती है। प्रोस्टेट के पास मूत्रमार्ग की नली संकरी हो जाती है। मैंने यूरोल फलेक्सी सिस्टोस्कोप टेस्ट करवाया। मुझे बताया गया कि मेरे प्रोस्टेट की थोड़ी सर्जरी की जरूरत हो सकती है।

This means maintaining a robust digestive fire (Agni) by eating at regular times and including spices like ginger and turmeric in your diet, which are anti-inflammatory and support digestion.

Be proactive in understanding when immediate medical attention is necessary, especially if symptoms worsen or new ones develop.
