Hi doctor Im 49 year old woman.Not Having periods.Foralmost 10 months .had all the symptoms related with Menopause.Shouldi get worried. I.Mfacinglike bloating and moodswings. Over all body pain.

NAMASTE, No need to worry,it’s absolutely normal ,every female goes through this phase. The following will help you to manage the problems associated with menopause- 1. Ashokaristha+ Kumaryasava 15 ml each with 30 ml water twice a day after meal 2. Shatavari churna+shatpushpa churna -3 gm each with 1 Cup of milk at bedtime 3. Rogan Badam oil - 2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime. Yoga - Anulom vilom, bhastrika, tratak, malasana Diet- Adequate amount of water. Take seasonal fruits,leafy vegetables, juices, coconut water,Desi ghee. Avoid icecream, colddrink, fast food. Lifestyle modification - Take atleast 7 hours of sound sleep. Stress management -Through meditation, walking,journaling. Sunlight exposure for 30 min early morning.
