Lifestyle habits can have a significant impact. Maintain hygiene, wear loose cotton clothing, and ensure adequate sleep, as stress can exacerbate symptoms. Pranayama and meditation can help in maintaining mental balance which is crucial for tackling such issues.

Timeframe for improvement may vary depending on the severity and underlying cause. Typically, with consistent application, you might begin noticing changes within 3-4 weeks, but it can take a few months to achieve significant and lasting results.

If the discharge is severe, odorous, or accompanied by itching or irritation, it’s crucial to seek medical advice promptly, as these could be signs of an infection that might require more immediate attention. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new treatment.
