I am kinda confused about how to consume amla for the best results. Last week, my friend told me about this amazing fruit and all the benefits it has but now I'm just overwhelmed. I don't know if I should eat it raw, juice it, or maybe even make some kind of chutney. Somebody told me amla powder is good too, but how to consume amla like that? I tried eating a slice of it raw the other day, and wow, it was super sour! I ended up making a face and my kids just laughed at me. 😅 I also read somewhere that cooking it might take away its nutrients, which made me worry like, am I even doing this right? I’ve heard great things about amla for digestion and boosting immunity, especially during the fall when colds are everywhere. I just want to make sure I'm getting all the benefits possible. Can anyone share some easy hacks or recipes on how to consume amla regularly? And if you have any thoughts on combining it with other things, that would be awesome too!
