Avoid caffeine and alcohol, as they can have stimulating effects that upset hormonal balance. Sleep at least 7-8 hours a night, maintaining a regular sleep schedule is crucial.

Applying warm sesame oil to the abdominal area in gentle massage can help alleviate discomfort and support uterine health. Do this daily for about 10-15 minutes followed by a warm shower.
