Hello, Thank you for explaining your problems so clearly. Based on your history, your symptoms point toward a long-standing Pitta sensitivity with weak digestion (Mandagni), food intolerance/allergic tendency, antibiotic-induced gut imbalance, central obesity (especially abdominal fat), stress, and chronic uterine prolapse with pelvic weakness.

🔎 Recommended Investigations (If not done in last 6–12 months) 1.CBC – anemia / inflammation 2.ESR / CRP – chronic inflammation 3.Serum IgE – allergic tendency 4.Vitamin D3 & B12 – commonly low after antibiotics 5.Thyroid profile – for abdominal weight gain 6.Ultrasound pelvis – to assess uterine prolapse status

💊 Internal Medicines Phase 1 – 21 days (Gut calming + allergy control + digestion support without heat) 1.Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water 2.Guduchi Ghana Vati – 1 tablet once daily after breakfast 3.Shatavari Churna – ½ tsp with lukewarm milk or water at night 4.Triphala Churna – ½ tsp at bedtime, alternate days

Phase 2 – 45 days (Pelvic support + stress reduction + abdominal fat balance) 1.Ashokarishta – 10 ml + equal water, once daily after lunch 2.Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals 3.Bala Capsule – 1 capsule at bedtime 4.Brahmi Vati (plain) – 1 tablet at night

🌿 External & Supportive Therapies 1.Abhyanga (oil massage) – very important for prolapse Use Bala Taila or Ksheerabala Taila Gentle lower abdomen, lower back, and thighs Daily or at least 4–5 times/week 2.Yoni Abhyanga (external only) Gentle application around pelvic region (not internal) Helps support prolapse symptoms Avoid strong swedana / heat therapies No intense steam, no strong ushna treatments

🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Recommendations ❌ Avoid (very important for you) Oily, fried foods Excess sweets Peanuts, almonds (since you have allergy) Fermented foods Raw leafy vegetables Spicy, very hot foods Frequent antibiotics unless absolutely necessary

✅ Include (light, digestible, non-heating) Warm, simple home-cooked food Rice, moong dal, lauki, tori, pumpkin, bottle gourd Small quantity of ghee only if tolerated Jeera-fennel boiled water (sip warm) Pomegranate, apple (cooked if needed)

🧘🏻‍♀️ Pelvic & Stress-Relief Practices (Only gentle – no strain) Pelvic floor tightening (Kegel exercises) – very mild Setu Bandhasana (gentle, supported) Viparita Karani (legs up the wall) Anulom Vilom – 10 minutes daily Avoid lifting weight, straining, running, or jumping

🕉️ Follow-up & Expected Improvement Digestion & allergy frequency: 2–3 weeks Reduction in nausea, headache, bloating: 3–4 weeks Stress relief & energy improvement: 1 month Uterine prolapse symptom control (not cure): 2–3 months with regular care

Warm regards, Dr.Sumi MS(Ayu)

Hello I can understand your concern. All these things – your digestion issues since 2018, allergies, swollen belly, uterine prolapse, and stress – they’re all tangled together. But dont worry we are here to help you out😊

Since 2018: –Can’t digest warm medicines or food. –Green leafy veggies give you gas and bloating. –Ghee is okay in small amounts. –Allergic to almonds and peanuts. –Oily/sweet food causes throat issues, headaches, vomiting, and fever. –You’ve taken a lot of antibiotics for allergies. –Your belly is big (bloating/central obesity). –Uterine prolapse (old problem) gets worse with strain. –Lots of stress and worry.

From an Ayurvedic point of view, this means: –Too much Pitta and Vata. –Your digestion is acting up – sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. –You tend to get Ama (toxins) and allergies. –Antibiotics messed up your gut and digestion. –Weak pelvic support is throwing your body out of whack.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

👉 For Digestion & Allergies (The Main Thing) 1.Avipattikar Churna: Half a spoon with cold milk or normal water after dinner. –It’s not heating. – Helps with acidity, sickness, headaches, and allergy triggers.

2.Guduchi Satva: 250 mg with water on an empty stomach in the morning. –Great for long-term allergies and damage from antibiotics. –Calms Pitta (without heating).

3. Shatavarighrita Half a spoon in milk every other night. –Supports your uterus. –Balances Vata and Pitta. –Good for both your gut and hormones

👉For Your Swollen Belly (It’s Bloating, Not Fat)

This isn’t fat; it’s toxins, gas, and weak digestion. –Buttermilk (Takra): Super important! Drink it after lunch with a pinch of cumin powder. Don’t drink it at night. No yogurt.

👉3. For Uterine Prolapse (Gentle Help)

Bala Taila Abhyanga:lightly massage your lower belly and lower back every night. * It’s not heating. * Strengthens pelvic muscles. Cotton Pichu (if you’re comfortable):Soak cotton in Bala Taila and place it for 20-30 minutes (daily or every other day)

DIET MODIFICATION

❌Absolutely AVOID:

* Deep-fried food * Too much sweet stuff * Bakery items, salty snacks * Cold drinks * Raw salad * Yogurt or fruits at night

✅INCLUDE

* Rice + moong dal * Cooked bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin * Pomegranate * Stewed apple * Cumin water (lightly boiled) * Stop eating green leafy veggies for now.

Dealing with Stress (Very Important!)

Your digestion is directly linked to your stress levels. – Before bed: * Do 5 minutes of deep breathing. * Don’t take your phone to bed. * Try to sleep before 10 PM.

–Your problem isn’t permanent. –It just got worse because of the wrong, heating medicines. – You could see big improvements in 6-8 weeks. – You don’t need surgery or strong medicines.

You’re not alone in this. We can get this under control, slowly and safely.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Namaste 🙏

Aapne apni problem bahut clearly batayi hai. Main samajh sakti hoon ki itne saalon se chal rahi digestion, allergy aur prolapse ki problem mentally aur physically dono taraf se thaka deti hai. Aapka sharir “garm taseer + allergic constitution” jaisa lag raha hai, isliye yahan bahut soft, thandi-madhyam taseer ka approach zaroori hai.

🔍 Aapki problem ko simple shabdon mein samjhein - Garm taseer ki cheezon se intolerance → pitta + allergy tendency - Oily, sweet, heavy food se reaction → weak digestion + gut sensitivity - Pet ka size zyada hona → antibiotics + gut imbalance + bloating - Uterine prolapse → pelvic muscles weak (medicine se zyada exercise + support zaroori) - Stress → digestion aur allergy dono ko aur bigaadta hai

🌿 Treatment - 1️⃣ Guduchi Satva Dose: 250 mg subah khaali pet Kaam: immunity balance, allergy control, pet ko thanda rakhta hai 👉 Guduchi powder nahi, sirf satva hi lein

2️⃣ Shatavari Churna Dose: ½ chammach raat ko gungune doodh ya pani ke saath Kaam: uterine prolapse support acidity, allergy, weakness stress kam karta hai

3️⃣ Yashtimadhu (Mulethi) Churna Dose: ¼ chammach subah khaali pet pani ke saath Kaam: gastric, ulti ka mann, gale ki allergy ⚠️ BP high ho to batana, warna safe hai

4️⃣ Bilva Avaleha Dose: ½ chammach raat ko Kaam: gas, bloating, loose motion tendency pet ko strong karta hai 👉 Yeh garm nahi hota agar limited dose me liya jaye

🍽️ Diet – jo aap digest kar paayengi ✅ Aapke liye safe - Lauki, tori, tinda, kaddu (well cooked) - Rice, moong dal (zyada patli) - Takra (mattha) – jeera bhuna hua + thoda sa - Anar, papaya (thoda) ❌ Abhi avoid - Zyada hari pattedar sabzi - Fried/oily, bakery, bahar ka khana - Badam, mungfali (chahe bhigi ho – avoid) - Zyada meetha

🧘‍♀️ Uterine prolapse – sirf dawa se nahi hoga Yeh bahut important baat hai 👇 Roz karein: - Kegel exercise (pelvic floor tightening) 👉 din me 3 baar, 10–15 repetitions ❌Zor lagana, bhaari uthana, daudna – bilkul nahi Support:

Agar symptoms zyada hain to gynecologist se pessary ke baare me baat zaroor karein 👉 Isse surgery ke bina bhi relief milta hai

Stress se: - digestion aur allergy dono badhti hain - hormones aur uterus aur weak hota hai Raat ko: - Brahmi churna ¼ chammach ghee ki ek boond ke saath (agar ghee suit na kare to sirf pani) ⚠️ Important Triphala, Hing, Chitrak, Agni tundi, Panchkol jaise garm yog abhi bilkul nahi Koi bhi nayi dawa low dose se start karein

🌼 Dil se baat Aap “kamzor” nahi ho, aapka sharir bahut sensitive hai. Sahi, thandi-madhyam taseer ke saath slow healing hi aapke liye best raasta hai.

Main aapki poori baat samajh rahi hoon Aur main bilkul maan rahi hoon ki aapka sharir bahut zyada sensitive ho chuka hai Isliye garm taseer ki dawa khane se sir dard ulti ghabrahat aur digestion bigad jata hai Aise case me garm ya strong dawa dena nuksan pahucha sakta hai

Aapki problem 2018 se chal rahi hai lambe samay tak antibiotics lene se digestion aur body tolerance dono kamzor ho jate hain Is wajah se oily cheezen meethi cheezen patte wali sabzi nuts aur ghee aapko suit nahi karte Yeh koi badi bimaari nahi hai par purani imbalance hai jo dheere dheere hi theek hoti hai

Shatavari churna 2 gram subah aur 2 gram raat ko doodh ke saath lein Yeh uterus ko nourish karta hai weakness kam karta hai aur pitta ko shaant karta hai

Yashtimadhu churna 1 gram subah aur 1 gram raat ko khane ke baad paani ke saath lein Yeh allergy gastric jalan ulti wali feeling aur ghabrahat me bahut madad karta hai

Triphala churna sirf 1 chamach raat ko paani ke saath lein Agar loose motion ya zyada kamzori lage to band kar dein

Lodhra churna 2 gram subah ek baar normal paani ke saath lein Yeh uterus ko support karta hai bina garm taseer ke

Curd din me thoda sa le sakti hain Ghee sirf aadha chammach haftay me do teen baar hi lein

Palak patta gobhi bakery items fried cheezen zyada meetha aur zyada masala bilkul avoid karein

Bhari saman uthana zor lagana daudna ya push karna abhi bilkul band rakhein Kyunki isse uterine prolapse aur badh jata hai

Yeh problem ek dum se theek nahi hogi Par agar aap garm dawa aur oily cheezen chhod kar mild thandi approach follow karti hain to dheere dheere digestion allergy aur pelvic discomfort control me aane lagega

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Mohit Kakkar
I am a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician from Jalandhar, Punjab, and I work with a deep interest in blending classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern telemedicine care. My practice is largely consultation based, reaching patients across the country through online platforms, which still feels new sometimes but works well. Till now I have served more than 500 patients through teleconsultations, mostly chronic cases where consistency really matters more than quick fixes. I focus on understanding each patient through dosha assessment, mainly balancing Vata, Pitta, Kapha using individualized treatment plans and nutrition guidance. Around 85% symptom relief has been seen in chronic conditions, though outcomes vary and need patience. I rely on personalised diet, daily routine correction, and classical Ayurvedic medicines. Some days are challenging, but seeing people feel lighter, sleep better, or regain control over health keeps me going. My aim stays simple,, long term wellness through practical Ayurveda, not rushed solutions.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Sara Garg

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Manjula
I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.

Dr. Ramkabir Mayankkumar Rushibhai
I am a third generation Ayurveda doctor, working in this field for many years and learning the knowledge passed down in my family line. I have been treating patients with different long term health problems, specially those who are tired of repeated medicines and want a more natural way to heal. My focus is mainly on understanding the root cause of the disease, not just the symptoms, because I truly belive healing should happen from inside, not just temporary relief. I work closely with patients and try to understand their lifestyle, food habits, stress levels and seasonal imbalances. Based on that, I suggest ayurvedic medicines along with simple daily routines and diet changes that can actually be followed in real life. Many people come to me after trying many treatments, and slowly we work together toward better health. I do not believe in one medicine for everyone. Every body is different, and treatment should also be personal. Over the years I have treated many long standing conditions with patience, consistency and proper guidance. I still keep learning everyday, because Ayurveda is vast and there is always something more to understand. My aim is to help people live a healthier, balanced life using authentic Ayurvedic principles, simple remedies and honest guidance, without overcomplicating things.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Akshay Negi
I am currently pursuing my MD in Panchakarma, and by now I carry 3 yrs of steady clinical experience. Panchakarma for me is not just detox or some fancy retreat thing — it’s the core of how Ayurveda actually works to reset the system. During my journey I’ve handled patients with arthritis flares, chronic back pain, migraine, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalance, even skin and stress-related disorders... and in almost every case Panchakarma gave space for deeper healing than medicines alone. Working hands-on with procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana gave me a lot of practical insight. It's not just about performing the therapy, but understanding timing, patient strength, diet before and after, and how their mind-body reacts to cleansing. Some respond quick, others struggle with initial discomfort, and that’s where real patient support matters. I learnt to watch closely, adjust small details, and guide them through the whole process safely. My approach is always patient-centric. I don’t believe in pushing the same package to everyone. I first assess prakriti, agni, mental state, lifestyle, then decide what works best. Sometimes full Panchakarma isn’t even needed — simple modifications, herbs, or limited therapy sessions can bring results. And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.
