G, पाजी स्टूल पास करते समय बहुत ज़्यादा जोर लगाना पड़ता है ये बहुत पुरानी समस्या है, 40-50 साल से लेकिन अब बहुत बुरा हो गया है दिन में 4-5 बार जाना पड़ता है और कुछ निकलता है कभी-कभी त्रिफला और कई अन्य चीज़ें ट्राई की हैं आपकी लोकेशन क्या है और क्या आप पंजाबी बोलते हैं?

Samasya nu simple Punjabi ch samjho - Tuhada pet nahi, balki anus–rectum di muscle coordination kharab ho gayi hai - Is karke stool soft hoke vi zor lagana penda - Baar-baar jaan di urge aundi hai par complete evacuation nahi hundi

🌿 Ayurvedic + practical treatment (step-by-step) 1️⃣ Subah da routine (bahut zaroori) Uth ke: 👉 1 glass lukewarm water + 1 chamach ghee (ghee na suit kare tan sirf warm water)

Toilet posture: 👉 Western toilet ch pairan thalle chhota patra / stool rakh ke baitho (squat-like position bahut help kardi hai)

2️⃣ Dawa (regular, sirf occasionally nahi)

Raat nu (daily): - Abhayarishta 15 ml + same paani - Isabgol 2 chamach garam dudh ya paani ch 👉 Eh stool nu soft nahi, balki nikalna easy banaunda hai

- Tripahala Roz-roz nahi Sirf alternate day, 1/2 chamach raat nu

3️⃣ Agar bahut zor lagda hai / purani aadat hai Anu tail / Panchgun tail 👉 hafte ch 2–3 vaar, raat nu local application / matra basti - Eh anus di tightness nu dheere-dheere khol ke retrain karda hai

4️⃣ Diet – jo avoid karna hai ❌ Sukhi cheezaan: biscuits, namkeen, toast zyada chai baasi khana ❌ Subah khaali pet: Triphala, cumin tea, zyada garam cheezan (eh Vata hor vadha dindiyaan)

5️⃣ Diet – jo madad karega ✅ Roz: Daliya, oats (thode ghee naal) Lauki, tori, pumpkin Raat nu thoda dudh + ghee ✅ Din ch: Paani thoda-thoda par frequent

6️⃣ Bahut zaroori baat (aadat sudharan layi) - Roz same time toilet jao, chahe urge ho ya na - Zor bilkul na lao - Mobile leke baithna avoid karo - Deep saans leke relax hoke baitho

Medicines 1 Abhayarishta – 20 ml + 40 ml warm water after dinner 2 Panchsakar Churna – 3 gm + warm water at bedtime 3 Avipattikar Churna – 3 gm before dinner with warm water 4 Shatavari Kalpa – 10 gm night with warm milk

Daily Must-Do Vajrasana 10–15 min after every meal (most important – relaxes pelvic floor) Warm water + 1 tsp ghee morning empty stomach No straining – sit only when strong urge

Diet Have moong khichdi + ghee, papaya/pomegranate, thin buttermilk + roasted jeera

Avoid completely: maida, bakery, tea/coffee excess, cold drinks, late dinner

This is a very long standing constipation and not a simple digestion issue When stools are soft but still difficult to pass it usually means dryness and weakness of the rectum and anal canal which is a vata dominant condition

That is why you feel the urge many times 4 to 5 visits but only a small amount comes out with straining Occasional Triphala does not help in such old cases because it stimulates the bowel but does not provide lubrication or nerve strength

This condition needs lubrication and vata balancing not strong laxatives

What you can do is Take 1 teaspoon of pure ghee daily at morning with warm water Erandbrisht Haritaki -1 teaspoon with warm water can be taken at night

Avoid straining Go only when the urge is natural

Eat warm cooked food Avoid dry foods like biscuits bread toast Avoid curd at night

As your water intake is adequate so this is not dehydration It is internal dryness developed over many years

This problem is treatable but it needs regular routine not occasional medicines

Hello, Your symptoms of long-standing constipation (many years) with severe straining, frequent urge (4–5 times/day) but incomplete evacuation, and soft stools that are still difficult to pass, suggest chronic outlet constipation.

Because this has been present for 40–50 years, the problem is not stool hardness, but poor rectal propulsion, weakened defecation reflex, and dryness of colon nerves and muscles. That is why Triphala gives only partial or temporary relief.

🔎 Recommended Investigations (Strongly advised due to long duration) Colonoscopy (if not done in last 5–10 years) Thyroid profile (TSH) Serum electrolytes Fasting blood sugar Ultrasound abdomen (if bloating / discomfort)

Start with Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water.helps improve digestion. Shiva tablet 0-0-2 at bedtime with warm water. Kutaj ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water Avoid milk, wheat and wheat products. Have buttermilk with pinch of asafoetida black salt and roasted jeera after lunch daily.
